Team Training

Team Training is a six-week, high-intensity team workout with the Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center certified personal trainer of your choice. Combining individualized attention with the energy of a group, this program can help you meet your sports conditioning, weight loss and total body conditioning goals.

Each session includes six to 15 participants, and each team will work with a personal trainer twice a week for six weeks. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and meets on the track. Members must sign up for the entire six weeks to guarantee a spot in team training.

All sessions must be paid for on or before the day of training. No refunds, cancellations or proration. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
