Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers both group and individual nutrition counseling programs. All services are provided by registered dietitians/nutritionists from Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Individual counseling services are offered by appointment only. Group programs are offered at various times throughout the year.
