Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center’s Boys Youth Wellness is a fitness program designed for boys eight to 12 and 13 to 16 years old to build confidence and inspire positive lifestyle changes through fitness conditioning and group motivation.

The program consists of two weekly group sessions for eight weeks with our certified and degreed personal trainers. Sessions include general strength and aerobic activities, as well as sport-specific exercises to increase speed and agility. See our current Boys Youth Wellness classes.
